RO DOSING SYSTEMS

Chemical feed systems that protect RO membranes from scaling, biofouling, pH damage, and particulate fouling — extending membrane life and maintaining system performance.

Dosing
Antiscalant Dosing System
Prevents scale buildup on RO membranes by injecting antiscalant solution proportional to flow rate. Extends membrane life 2–3x. Includes pump, tank, and controller.

Dosing
pH Adjustment Dosing — Acid Feed
Reduces high-pH feed water before it reaches RO membranes. pH above 10 can damage TFC membranes without pretreatment. Sulfuric or citric acid feed system.

💧
Dosing
pH Adjustment Dosing — Caustic Feed
Raises low-pH (acidic) water before RO treatment. Low pH causes corrosion of system components. Sodium hydroxide or soda ash feed.

Biocide Injection System
Prevents biological fouling of RO membranes. Chloramine, DBNPA, or sodium bisulfite injection systems available depending on membrane compatibility.

Coagulant / Flocculant Dosing
Improves SDI (Silt Density Index) of high-turbidity feed water before RO. Causes fine particles to clump for easier removal in pre-filtration stage.
