Every Aquapella whole house system shares the same purpose — clean water at every tap — but each series is built for a different home, water source, or budget. Here's how they compare.

SMART Series filters reduce and remove a broad range of contaminants using SMART Multimedia — a custom carbon, redox alloy, and resin blend. These systems are fully customizable, ship with pre- and post-filtration, and can be paired with a water softener to handle hard water at the same time.

EAGLE Series builds on the SMART foundation, adding higher alkalinity and a more balanced pH. An ultrafiltration (UF) membrane stage is included to address microorganisms, and the system can be paired with a Salt-Free Water Conditioner to reduce scale buildup throughout the home.

GUARDIAN delivers maximum filtration at an accessible price point. The tank is loaded with premium coconut shell GAC, catalytic GAC, and Eagle Redox Alloy® media for long-lasting performance, and the system ships with a carbon block post-filter for a complete, ready-to-install package.

High Flow systems are engineered for large estates and properties with significant daily demand, achieving 15–35 GPM — far above our standard full-size systems. Choose a SMART or EAGLE media base, and add a water softener for complete whole-home protection.

Mid-Size systems are designed for households with moderate water usage, delivering a dependable flow rate without the footprint of a full-scale system. Available with either a SMART or EAGLE media base, and can be paired with a water softener for comprehensive coverage.
For homes that need a smaller-footprint solution, our cartridge-based systems pack core filtration into a compact housing — no tank required.
A whole house filtration system means every tap, shower, and appliance gets the same clean water — not just the kitchen sink. That shows up in places you might not expect: softer skin and hair, longer-lasting clothes and appliances, and a longer life for your water heater. With a whole house system in place, there's no need to buy bottled water either — one less source of plastic waste headed for the ocean and landfill. Most importantly, your family gets healthy drinking water from every fixture in the home.
Water is essential to nearly every system in the body — alongside air, it's the most fundamental requirement for life. Filtering out contaminants before water reaches your glass means you get the full benefit of hydration without the extras you don't want along with it.
Keep in mind just how much of your body is made of water: blood is about 92% water, muscles and brain tissue are roughly 75% water, and even bones are about 22% water. Filtering that water before it enters your body means you get all of these benefits without the unwanted extras.
Filtered water carries every health benefit listed above, plus a noticeable improvement in taste — especially in things like coffee and tea. Most U.S. tap water is free of dangerous waterborne pathogens, but chlorine and its byproducts are still common. A whole house system removes those before they ever touch a pot, kettle, or baby bottle.
Hard water keeps soap and detergent from lathering properly, which makes it harder for your washing machine to actually clean your clothes. Excess minerals cling to fabric, fading colors and roughening texture over time, while iron, manganese, and sulfur can leave stains if left untreated. Hard water also clogs supply lines and builds up inside the washer itself.
